The star method is a technique used in many different interviews, The S stands for situation which you will have to describe the event or situation you were in. The T stands for task which you would have to explain the task you was in. The A stands for action so what specific actions did you take to finish the task and the final one is R which stands for results which you would finish the answer with the results of your efforts. These are the steps in answering a star question.

Anxieties

One of my biggest worries is freezing in certain situations and stuttering my words if I can't think of anything to say, I am very confident with talking to people I have known for long time but even then If they ask me a certain question I can still freeze. this could be a problem in the future for me wanting a job and having to answer questions from the interviewer who I may not know. To overcome this I am going to practice my vocabulary skills.

Another one of my worries is everyone going against me and making me feel trapped and to only take the easy way out which risks everything. So for example if I have done something wrong by breaking a glass or saying something wrong and everyone turns against me, which this can be a big problem when going into the line of work and a way to overcome this is either to start your own company or business or to get used to everyone turning against you.

  1. I feel that there is opportunity to expand upon what you've written here as it's written more like notes rather than comprehensive research. Firstly, what is the STAR method and what is it used for? How will it help you in future interviews?
How should a CV or cover letter be presented and analyse examples that will influence your own.
Research into possible future careers, their day to day lifestyle and the path you need to take to achieve that.

  2. I would also strongly suggest research into how to write/ structure a personal statement
